  • Thoroughly evaluate the vehicle’s Specifications and details of performance.
  • Ascertain that the vehicle’s features and capabilities meet your expectations and lifestyle needs.
  • Make a confident decision about keeping the vehicle, knowing that you have time to reconsider if needed.

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is inclusive yet stipulates certain conditions to maintain fairness and accountability:

  • Return Period: The vehicle will be in our premises and not delivered status and cancellation would be initiated in One day of Payment for Export vehicles (New) and 7 days in case of Used Vehicles.
  • Vehicle Condition: The vehicle should remain in the same condition as at the time of sale, without any significant modifications or damage.
  • Mileage Limit: The vehicle has to be the same at the time of agreement of Purchase for new and used vehicles.
  • Documentation: All original purchase documents must be intact and returned with the vehicle.
  • Restocking and documentation Fee: Actual cost will be deducted if any documentation has been paid by FSD Motor on behalf of the customer. (Except any bank charges, Shipment Booking, Upgrades through Accessories.
  • Nominal restocking fee may apply, reflecting the costs associated with preparing the vehicle for resale. (External Warehouse Cost)
